Model Installer

Browse and install from a library of approximately 2000 models directly into your ComfyUI environment.

Features​

  • Curated Library — Models are organized by type (checkpoints, LoRAs, VAEs, etc.)
  • One-Click Download — No need to manually download and place files
  • Correct Paths — Models are automatically placed in the right folder
  • Progress Tracking — See download progress for large files

Model Types​

The Model Installer supports:

  • Checkpoints — Base models for image generation
  • LoRAs — Fine-tuned adapters for specific styles
  • VAEs — Variational autoencoders for decoding
  • ControlNets — Models for guided generation
  • Upscalers — Super-resolution models
  • And more...

Usage​

  1. Open the Nuvu Dashboard
  2. Navigate to the Model Installer tab
  3. Browse or search for the model you need
  4. Click Install

The model will download to the appropriate folder in your ComfyUI installation.

Hugging Face Token​

For some models, you may need to provide a Hugging Face access token. You can configure this in User Configuration.

Requirements​

The Model Installer requires a Nuvu Premium subscription.
